Overall, there was a positive change around the unification of the areas under a common identity. In the process of developing the project, cross-sectional tools could be found and developed in several areas, thus avoiding the duplication of content and facilitating its location and use by end users, beyond their profile.
Training courses and consultations by private companies and entities to offer their employees grew notably, mainly through the use of the Virtual Assistant, novel for the time (year 2012).
The results of the accessibility tests showed that at the end of the implementation there were points that could be further improved, especially those related to multimedia material and blind people.
Due to eventualities during the performance of the user tests, it took more time than expected, slightly delaying the plan stipulated for it.
Considering the year in which it was made, to date it would be convenient to update its design, reformulating the UI style in terms of gradients, shading and extra elements in such a way that it can gain in visual cleanliness, hierarchy and organization.
